Pardon my ignorance, but despite being well versed in pop music, I cannot identify which late '90s So-Cal crossover punk rocker this is. Perhaps it's my fault, perhaps it's the obscurity of the rock star's fault, or perhaps it's the fault of an ugly, ugly tattoo.
