From the submitter: "On 4/16/12 we had a thunderstorm with high winds hit our area. I worried that my neighbors tree would hit the roof of my garage. Instead it took out the stairs to his upper level apartment. This is how they "fixed" it."

Some may consider it just a pipe dream, but this guy thought otherwise!
