I mean, I've heard of "hole-in-the-wall" restaurants before, but this is ridiculous!

Apparently window air conditioning units don't need windows anymore. Maybe they're actually sucking cool air from the restaurant into the hot kitchen. Or maybe they're just dumb. Whichever is more likely.
