YouTube user Quinton Sung has been taking Radiohead's classic albums and rendering them in glorious 8-bit beeps and bloops. Whether it's to evoke a warm and fuzzy nostalgia for your old Super Nintendo or to make Radiohead's message of modern-day alienation seem even more alienating is up to you. We've posted Ok Computer here, but you can also listen to an 8-bit version of Kid A on Sung's channel.
Albums, top to bottom and left to right:
The Bends/Pablo Honey, In Rainbows
On a Friday Demos, Hail to the Thief, Amnesiac, The King of Limbs
TKOL RMX 1234567 (remix of The King of Limbs)
Radiohead: Best Of (NEVER get this).
Seriously, why is it that Thom Yorke looks like he's about to fall asleep in EVERY Radiohead music video? It's like they originally wrote lullabies to put hyperactive toddlers to sleep, until some adults mistook it for grown-up music.
