olympics

Journalists have arrived and are starting to cover the Sochi 2014 winter Olympics. After early reports doubting the city's preparedness for the big game(s) and human rights protests across Russia, press at Sochi are naturally a bit concerned. As these tweets gathered by the Washington Post show, they had every right.

Well this is just disgusting.

Tom Daly (of Team GB Diving) lost his father earlier this year. After a less-than-stellar performance diving earlier today, some d-bag tried to bring him down about it. Now the d-bag in question is dealing with more exposure than he can handle.

We have more continuing Olympic coverage at Roflympics.

A global roast on American swimmer Ryan Lochte is underway after recent reports claim that the swimmer completely made up the story that he and three other US Olympic swimmers were robbed at gunpoint.

The truth is that gold medal swimmers Lochte, Jack Conger, Gunnar Bentz and Jimmy Feigen were trying to cover up an altercation with a gas station security guard after busting down a bathroom door.

Conger and Bentz gave up Lochte to the cops and said he fabricated the entire robbery tale.
