Sometimes people clap back with the kind of comeback that just silences the room. With stupidity and lies and general BS running rampant across the web, it's nice to see some people still busy honoring the art of a finely crafted comeback. It's our favorite kind of witty savagery. 

Folks who brag about their own supposed intelligence really know how to clear a room. A healthy dose of insecurity combined with a nice dollop of immaturity can manifest itself as ranting about one's own IQ for some reason. Why is there so much of this? Seriously, there's a lot of people out there whose self importance knows no bounds.

Just cause these are being hailed as the "most useless inventions" of all time, doesn't mean that someone out there couldn't find a use for something ingenious as the sweat gutters. You never know what people might be on the lookout for. 

These kids might not be providing the answers that their teachers were looking for, but they sure get some extra marks in our book for funny creativity. They're just thinking outside the box. 

The internet is brimming with self-important mind titans who think their intellect is all that and a bag of potato chips. You'll find them lurking in comment sections and on dating sites, just waiting to steer the conversation toward themselves in order to lie about their supposed IQs. Real great group. Anyway here's a whopping dollop of undeserved ego.

This guy tried to deal out a grammar lesson to a woman over a typo, and she handled the situation beautifully. Basically, she claps back with a series of fake grammar rules. A solid way to handle someone who's dauntingly smart with an overwhelming level of genius. 

Someone on AskReddit asked people to share the loopholes that they're currently exploiting. From using the vending machine to make change, to adopting a stubborn philosophy centered on the ideal that you're (potentially) getting paid to be "present" but not productive; people can get away with some sneaky shit. It's all about finding the loophole that works for you. 

Talk about a brilliant way to break the ice at a party, and keep guests on their toes. You're bound to get a real feel for how people perform under pressure if you break out this kind of game.

You don't want to find yourself classified as an r/iamverysmart, intellectual titan. The following are signs that you might fall under that category, or you might be one of those rare actual enlightened few, that keep your smarts to yourself. 

When this IT guy found out that his greedy new boss and his henchman sidekick had essentially tried to play him by claiming his hard work as their own; and only offering him a couple vacation days as payment, he took a well calculated revenge. He played his revenge perfectly too. He managed to get the boss' "yes man henchman" to sign off on a two week vacation and his notice for leaving, without even realizing it. 

There's no denying that the following list is filled to the brim with genius ideas and inventions. You've got to love a label that actually shows you clearly which each ingredient's purpose serves.
