Teacher Given Pink Slip, Chooses Least Qualified Students for School Project

School drama can be strange. While it's probably not advisable to use the mediocre work of students to get back at faculty, this teacher played it cool in an unfair situation. That said, teachers often totally misjudge their students, like these students in this social experiment. In a twist on teacher/student expectations, here's a student who won an art contest to spite their rude teacher.

Luckily, someone else saw the situation for what it was and actually made things right. It's rare but sometimes a higher up is actually sensible, like this cool CEO who fired a VP who pulled rank.

25 People Who Quit Their Job on the Spot

Do you work to live, or live to work? I'd say most of us, especially those working in service or hospitality jobs in our late teens/early twenties, will tell you that we're just working for the money. The job itself doesn't matter (who wants to be a checkout chick for the rest of their life anyway?). But some bosses take things too seriously, and mistakenly think that you'd put the job first over other things, like Thanksgiving with your family or your father's funeral. Seriously. With nightmare bosses like these, quitting seems pretty reasonable, and that's exactly what these people on Reddit have done. I applaud them for their good timing.

QC Marts denied them unemployment benefits, arguing they had quit voluntarily, until a judge ruled against the chain yeste
