It looks like I have Netflix open on my phone but it's...research?

Cell phone video was taken of this irrationally angry Starbucks employee when she began yelling at a customer and accusing her of stealing a cookie straw. The customer said this began when she was distracted trying to open a Starbucks app on her phone to pay and didn't answer quickly enough. According to the Daily News , Starbucks has apoligized through social media, saying that the employee has been let go. 

I don't think that's the right way to make a meme...
