Aaron Purmort discovered he had a terminal brain tumor soon after he met his wife, Nora McInerny. Since the diagnosis, they have been sharing details of their struggle with the world through their blog myhusbandstumor.com.

And before he died, the couple decided to co-write his humorous and touching obituary, which was published over the weekend in the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Purmort, Aaron Joseph age 35, died peacefully at home on November 25 after complications from a radioactive spider bite that led to years of crime-fighting and a years long battle with a nefarious criminal named Cancer, who has plagued our society for far too long.

"I've never laughed and cried more in one sitting, but I'm so glad we got to do this," Nora wrote on the blog.

The end of the obit also states that he is survived by his "first wife Gwen Stefani," which Nora tweeted about following his death.

The family set up a crowdfunding page to raise money for medical costs and to help support his wife and child.

German photographer Markus Reugels creates these shots by dripping water in front of a high-resolution image and quickly capturing the drop in mid-flight. The drops almost perfectly capture the image in a cool globe. Check out more in the gallery below, including some of his pop-culture-inspired pieces!

Gotta love that energetic and enthusiastic attitude on the part of Tom Holland (Spider-Man) as well!

Filming is underway for the next installment in the Spider-Man film franchise, but that didn't stop leading man Andrew Garfield from taking some time out to play a game of pick-up with the neighborhood kids - in the suit of course!

Mike Wilson, a professional parkour and freerunning athlete, wanted to do something special for his 5-year old son Jayden, who was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor.

So on his birthday this year, he made a replica Spider-Man suit and jumped down from the roof to pay him a visit, capturing the moment with a hidden GoPro camera.

You can read more updates about Brayden on his Facebook page.
