Interacting with a dysfunctional institution is an interesting thing. To see something so big not work correctly is a sight to behold. Whether it's working at a place that inspires a "screw this i'm out" moment, or somewhere that's so bad up front that you get a real red flag interview, or just being a customer at a place so unprofessional it's shocking, we can pretty safely assume that it's better to spend your time in businesses that actually function.
