Whether it's by design, some weird implication, or just a chimp going crazy on live television, people remember some of the stranger, creepier and more messed up points from their favorite TV shows as kids. Here are some funny moments of cartoon logic about the times that make less sense.

It's hard to cover up every plot hole of a cartoon that is by definition supposed to not make sense anyway. Some of these are delivered with a wink and a nod by the creators themselves, and others just kinda seem lazy. Sometimes it goes deeper, like how Tumblr explained that the Power Puff Girls are supposed to be freaky handless monsters.

That's the rhythm of the street, baby. Sure the show offered stories on how to navigate relationships, the value of friendship, and had Mr. Rogers on, but it had moments that were undeniably savage. What a wonderful kind of day if we can learn to work and play and roast the Aardvark out of each other. And holy crap Muffy served backhands like a tennis champion.

The Game of Thrones cast can't spell Daenerys Targaryen to save their lives! This would not please the Queen of Dragons. We're loving the funny little tidbit from the cast though, as the Game of Thrones hype continues to accumulate for the big premiere of the final season, this Sunday.
Sometimes an animator is left with a problem like "how do I make this character use chopsticks if their hand is a literal fingerless stump?" The pragmatic solutions they've found are goofy as hell, and the absurdness they bring are a hallmark of animation. And then the other half are like "oh yeah, that's kind of stupid."
Hey, adults are the ones who write all of these shows anyway so it just makes sense that they'd sneak something in for the parents. Some of these are references only adults would get, others are just straight up filthy. Anyway, after these you may look at your childhood a little differently.
Breaking Bad's a cocktail of chemically-infused chaos. As a viewer of the show, you get to follow a desperate high school chemistry teacher's dive into the underworld of drug dealing. His reasons for starting, and continuing his role in the illicit drug market, make for one hell of a dark and occasionally funny and brutally insightful story, that many people found themselves entertained by.
