As far as Frankenstein'd-together movies, you could do a whole lot worse than a mashup of The Hobbit and Fury Road. To be fair, they're both about unpredictable journeys in dangerous lands populated by mad kings and deep-voiced semi-human monsters, so why not. Extra points for Legolas' dexterity.

Yes, that's Tyrion Lannister putting on a cheesy, posh French accent; and yes, this trailer is all kinds of ridiculous. Some part of Matthew McConaughey must've been leaning against the idea of calling his career quits. Cause damn, this is brutal.

It's a pleasure to see a man now so renowned for his absurdly oversized bank account, with a damn well established career in the movie industry, able to be humbled by his rockier, more ridiculous (perhaps ill-conceived) beginnings.

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is totally ready to poke fun at his lesser developed acting skills when he was just getting started. Suffice to say, the guy's definitely come a long way to where he is now!
