The idea of an HOA is great– have a collection of live-in leaders get together once a month to improve the building and the property they live in– but nowadays they rarely operate like that. In fact, HOA's are so useless that they can't even do simple upkeep without first lining their pockets for profit. One man decided to take a stand against a crummy HOA board by taking the most epic petty revenge of all time.
