Karma is a beast. What goes around, certainly comes back around one day. For those of us who have ever dealt with a coworker's bad behavior– whether they're bad mouthing other employees, stealing lunches from the communal fridge, or just generally being a narc –it's rewarding to see them fall from graces a bit.

Nobody likes an unreasonably noisy neighbor. Renters with thin walls and even thinner patience have struggled for millennia against inconsiderate neighbors and there's a point that they start to think that the neighborhood is simply improved with the surgical removal of disruptive folks. One grad student spent one too many sleepless nights with rage in his heart that he finally took (semi unethical) action against his neighbor...
