Simpler times

We should really listen to our youth, because sometimes adults learn helpful life lessons from children. For example, an entitled adult who thinks it's okay to treat kids with zero kindness because they're older and “more mature” has a very harsh lesson to learn. You can't be a grown person and act like it's okay to treat everyone around you like you're better than them. Come on, we live in a society, man. Grow up. This story comes from a '90s kid. There are too many touch screens, iPad-dependent parents are screw ups, music is too loud, and everyone needs to get the heck off my lawn!

Older generations think that millennials and Gen Z have no work ethic. Obviously that's not true across the board, it's just that younger folks aren't inclined to work for jobs with no benefits, living wages, or humanity. One millennial recently got accused of faking being sick at work to get out of his shift, even though he had a fever, chills, and was violently ill in the bathroom.
