This is one of those fails that might just manage to make people feel a bit better about their most mindless, embarrassing moments. Sometimes we fall below a conscious state, and kind of just go autopilot, and dumb stuff happens. It's okay, whatever. Sounds like in this situation, the dude forgot that Mentos and Diet Coke are a cocktail for foaming at the mouth.
