Every so often, someone makes the assumption that they can talk mad shit about someone else to their face just because they look like they they're not fluent in their language. It happened in this case where a rude customer didn't realize their cashier was fluent in Mandarin. The look on someone's face when they realize they've been insanely rude must be priceless.
