Crazy Boss Tries To Overwork Employee, Doesn't Pay Accordingly, Regrets It

Man, this boss was clearly blind to their own ignorant toxicity. If you're going to hire someone and pay them double the person that is training the new person, there is clearly a monstrous hole in your logic. And then for the employee to take that well warranted concern to their boss, and have it thrown right back in their face? Get out of there with that. Fortunately, it sounds like inconsiderate boss learned their lesson.

Manager Assumes Employee's Job Is Unnecessary, It's Not

We love a nice nuclear revenge. Especially when the character involved is a presumptuous manager who makes sweeping, wrongful assumptions about just how necessary an employee's job is to the functional flow of a company's operations. This presumptuous manager certainly got humbled.

Consultant Will Not Be Told What To Wear, Including PPE

Upon the suggestion for wearing something more casual at a job that included touring industrial settings and butchers, this consultant made it incredibly clear that they would not be told what to wear. It came to a bit of a halt upon the realization that some places have safety standards. For another work story, here's a CEO that didn't know what their departments did, resulting in a Karen catastrophe.

Professor Turns Into Total Nightmare, Dean Saves The Day

We're talking Professor Umbridge from Harry Potter levels of toxic from this teacher, folks. Yes, by the sound of it this teacher was a disaster from the start. Fortunately, one particular student ran the issue back to the dean of the school, who intervened after assuring the student that they wouldn't have to worry about passing the class. With that kind of free (and totally warranted) pass, the pressure completely dissipated. They actually managed to have some fun with the whole situation. The lesson that the teacher hopefully learned would be to teach the actual material that the students are paying thousands of dollars to learn.
