Life is like a roll of toilet paper; the closer you get to the end, the faster it runs out. But does that sense of urgency in your old age entitle you to be a bossy know-it-all? Not exactly.

Entitled people often don't realize when they're disrespecting someone. Lost in their own world and wrapped up in their own tiny lives, self-important folks don't realize how their actions are affecting the people around them– especially those of us too polite to clap back. However, once in a blue moon, entitled naivety can punish someone without conflict.

There's nothing worse than feeling like you're being rushed. When you're at the store and the person behind you in line is breathing down your neck, there's a part of you that wants to run the other direction to get out of their way. But there's a smaller, louder part of the pettiest corners of your brain that wants you to succumb to the intrusive thoughts and move as slowly as possible, just to enrage the person behind you.
