This Twitter user shared a troubling story about the truth of Salvation Army. They call them out for revenue farming, and basically insist that people don't give them money. Maybe everyone's experience is a little bit different. 

Someone on AskReddit asked for guys to explain why they set anime girls in their profile pictures. It seems like the results are a pleasant mix of dudes just trying to be creepy, and others just trying to show off their passion for anime. 

This server shares a story about trying out the honest approach with some awful customers. If anything it's impressive and encouraging that this server actually got through to them. They did not sound like the kind of people that would approach much of anything with an open mind. 

These honest slogans do away with the deception that brands put out when it comes to marketing, and instead just get right to the damn point. Sometimes you had a hell of a day, and just need to take a pint of Ben & Jerry's home with you, to eat your feelings away. 

This girl suffered through a terrible and abusive relationship with some jerk who got off on inflicting pain and emotionally abusing his partner. Well, the idiot ended up getting dealt a swift blow of karma years later, after he asked her to speak up as a character reference for him, to The Marines. What was the moron thinking on that? Either way, sounds like he was rejected, and went on to hold down a gig at McDonald's. 

People lie on the internet for a variety of reasons. Sometimes they want to seem cool. Sometimes they want to seem smart. Sometimes they'll overstate some scientific breakthrough just to get more attention, or they'll massage the facts to make their own cause seem more truthful. Luckily, there's still people out there who call out liars on their stupid BS.

We humans love to see justice served to those who deserve it. Right? I can personally say that there's nothing more satisfying than seeing online liars get caught. Did they really think they'd get away with it? It almost makes you feel like there are actual repercussions for dishonesty in this world. Here are some times people got called out for their falsehoods, large and petty, and it's pretty damn satisfying. 

These people threw their lies out on the internet for the online world to eat up; and the ones committed to calling out dishonesty with the untold truth, did what they could. As far as we know these are fitting examples of quityourbs, but maybe there's even more to the picture. Every now and again, the one telling the alleged "bullsh*tter" to drop the act, is doing some of the bullsh*tting themselves. A wild world we live in, and lies can distort the real picture, when people allow themselves to get caught up in telling them. 

Mixed feelings across the board on this one, for sure!

These half-baked excuses are towing the line between making that next paycheck and getting booked for a ride on the Funemployment Train. 

Salesman of the decade! We want to buy everything from this guy. Word has it he successfully sold the thing, too.

We get so caught up with the red flags that we forget to notice that people can have good traits. Here are some green flags that show a person has some good in them. 

Goes without saying that men aren't encouraged to share their feelings. These moments are sometimes funny, sometimes awkward, and other times necessary. 

After-school television always told us that lying is wrong, and that telling the truth is always the best option. So you can see that we're in a bit of a moral bind here, given these stories where lying helped people immeasurably.

Read these at your own risk. Working through the list can make for quite the anxietizing process.
