We could try to say that this is satisfying to watch, which it kind of is. We could also say that it's weird and interesting to see a fun example of physics at work in real life. But mostly, snow falling off a roof in extremely uniform pieces and in kind of a grid pattern just gives us major flashbacks to the guitar hero/rock band days. It's enough to make DragonForce start playing in your head.

You thought Guitar Hero was dead, but nope. It's kind of remarkable that people are still doing this. We remember being afraid of this song at regular speed, but these modified attempts are amazing, and frankly kind of scary.
