He noticed a house that was clearly a flip due to the short amount of time between its original purchase date and its relisting for sale (around two months in total). It was obvious that no one was residing in the house. Still, the house flippers were attempting to pull a fast one on the community by listing the property as a primary residence despite that it clearly was not.
