But for the working man struggling to keep his cool over the phone, this customer presented a particularly satisfying opportunity for malicious compliance that only comes once every blue moon.

While many of us are ashamed of what we would spend to have a minimum wage employee deliver takeout straight to our door during a summer thunderstorm, most of us will happily go online to feed ourselves out of convenience, spending far more for a pizza than any person should.

Much like the used car sales industry, the rental car biz can be a little shady. Like so many industries that take advantage of their customers being stranded, rental car companies are known to try and rip off their customers for every cent–however, one diligently vengeful traveling employee saw to it that his continued business was far more valuable than a tack-on fee.

There's no relationship more complicated than that of a person and their roommate's significant other. Like the parasitic third wheel in the house, even the nicest boyfriends and girlfriends can quickly become unlikeable, clogging up the fridge, leaving their belongings in communal spaces, and stealing the quality time you once had with your house-bestie.

Parking tickets are objectively the worst. As drivers, all we ever really want is to pull up with ease, park right away, and move on with our lives, but if you live in a city, your odds of finding a parking spot immediately are slim. We've all dealt with that one coworker who's a total slacker.
