This quick and enlightening thread made waves on Twitter for its effectiveness when it came to breaking down what the grieving process is like. If anything this is painfully accurate. Just helps to remember when you're in the middle of muddling through a difficult time that it too shall pass.

We've got sugary feasts like a big old bag of brown sugar; we've got sleep; we've got peanut butter jars. You name it, it's probably on here. Sometimes a soul sick with sadness just needs to get lost in an abyss of sugar and fried foods. 

This woman's Twitter thread shows us that you don't need any art skills to drive home a relatable point about how grief can touch all our lives at some point; and how you can deal with it, when it does. Her explanation made waves in the Twitterverse, and touched a lot of people. Not surprised! 

Dan Harmon proved himself, yet again, to be a stand up dude after he responded to a young fan who was asking him for advice on how to deal with depression. 

Earlier this week some profoundly crazed and insensitive individual tried to float the idea that depression is a choice....days later, Andy Richter stepped up to offer the most impressively thoughtful and brutal response to such a notion, we have yet to come across.
