Loud Neighbor Thinks Sound Waves Go Side-To-Side, Pro Revenge Ensues

Just when we thought we'd maybe seen it all, we come across a frighteningly clueless human being who has been operating under the assumption that sound waves only move side-to-side. Either that was some kind of totally awful excuse for inconsiderate behavior, or they really meant that. I almost hope it was just a lame excuse. Either way, the pro revenge that ensued was quick and brutal. For some more juicy revenge drama check out this boss who docked an employee's wages illegally, and went on to pay the price

A loud neighbor thinks that sound waves only move side-to-side, learns otherwise, and pro revenge ensues.

This isn't the first time we've seen someone make a complete fool of himself with a pricey new toy that he doesn't understand how to work in the first place, and we're sure it won't be the last. Clearly this guy missed memo on it being necessary to slow the boat down as you approach the pier.

IT Guy Assumes Professor Understands Technology, Professor Proves Otherwise

Don't judge a book by its cover. For better or for worse. What initially seems like a promising situation with a professor who gives off technology savvy vibes, ends up devolving into a puzzling situation where the IT dude has to work around the professor's glaring lack of knowledge on how an internet browser works. At least the issue was able to be "resolved."

Regional Director Doesn't Understand Computer Reboot, IT Patiently Enlightens Them

The more tech support tales that we come across, the deeper our appreciation becomes for all the cluelessness that IT wizards encounter on a daily basis. They really cross paths with some folks that genuinely don't know how to turn off their computers. Take this regional director for instance. The poor tech support employee involved in the painstaking interaction is forced to patiently guide them through the proper way to actually reboot their computer. And for the record, no, a black computer screen does not necessarily mean that the computer is in fact off.

Check out some more juicy tech support drama with this tech support employee who got fired and unfired on the same day. What a trip.

Senior Network Engineers Fail To Follow Rule Zero, Company Wastes Thousands Of Dollars

Man, this is one of those outrageous tech support tales that almost seem too full of cluelessness to be real life. We have what seems to actually be a perfectly reasonable CEO who ends up being strung along for an ungodly long amount of time, because multiple senior network engineers are unable to put their heads together to resolve a rudimentary tech issue. The thing about taking video calls is if you want folks to be able to see/hear you, you've got to allow for those functions to run on your phone. You'd think this would be common sense, but hey, some tidbits of common knowledge are lost on folks. At least the matter was resolved.
