If you've ever worked retail or any customer-facing job, you will have met a customer who was disrespectful, entitled, treated you like an object and made some demand that store policy doesn't actually honor. With their sticky-fingered kids, boorish husbands and shrill battle cry of "the customer is always right" a Karen is a customer service person's personal nightmare. That's why we take extra joy in stories of entitled Karens who park in disabled spots and get tricked by parody customer service accounts. Oh and also when they demand their children get to taste painful hot sauce. There's a lot of fun times to be had.
