Things People are Certain of but Have Zero Proof

We're intellectually obligated to believe things with some amount of evidence, but damn if hunches aren't compelling. Everyone has their personal conspiracy theories and stupid beliefs that they will believe to their dying day, no matter how little actual proof they have.

Various Skeletons and How Aliens Would Reconstruct Them

One of the biggest problems with archaeology is having to make enormous guesses about what things must have looked like with no meat on them. Sure, Jurassic Park's visual effects were cool but there's constant reinterpretations of what dinosaurs actually looked like, and mistakes like having bones backwards and not realizing it for decades. Tumblr has a vivid imagination of how aliens would interact with earth's wildlife, and these memes do a fun job of combining our own archaeological difficulties with the sci-fi-ness of an alien who has no clue what they're looking at.

Horrifying Things To Consider About Aliens

Someone on AskReddit got a thread going about the terrifying things to consider when thinking about aliens. Let's just say that you shouldn't dive on into this rabbit hole, unless you're ready to explore some dark recesses of the mind. Aliens can be a scary idea, and one that we just as much conveniently forget about as we go about our daily existence.

A collection of scary things to consider when thinking about aliens | Lakna_Rokee 22d they might not exist. If there are aliens, they could undoubtedly pose threat humanity, but think most people want alien life exist elsewhere way aren't alone universe think most horrifying thing think about is despite incredibly huge universe is might be only ones Edit: Reread my comment. It's fun to see a military commander detail his experiences with unidentified phenomenon, while flying those skies. Seems like he actually might've seen some strange stuff up there. You be the judge.

Tumblr Story: Alien Invasion Fought Off By Wildlife

This fun Tumblr story imagines a scenario involving an alien invasion, that ultimately suffers many struggles by not anticipating the power of the earth's wildlife. Kind of fun when you allow your mind to wander down potential situations involving bizarre alien species, squaring off against hordes of bears or swarms of cicadas or armies of mosquitoes.

Tumblr Thread Imagines Alien Invasion Being Fought Off By Wildlife

An interesting Tumblr thread imagines what could happen with an alien invasion vastly underestimating the power of earth's wildlife, in the face of an attack. How about that bacteria, though.

Creative Tumblr Thread Imagines Earth As Space Australia from Alien Perspective

It's compelling and somewhat flattering to think of Earth as the most dangerous place in the galaxy, with humans being the only ones crazy enough to tame it. This thought brings fun ideas such as the idea of humans as super resilient space orcs, or the idea that aliens trying to invade Earth could be stopped by local wildlife. It's informative, fun, and somewhat self indulgent.

Maybe it's a weather balloon. Maybe it's a sky jellyfish. Maybe it's surprisingly convincing UFO footage. Too bad it's filmed vertically. Come on people!

Twitter Users Share The "Things They Found In Area 51"

After the surreal debacle that was the "Storm Area 51" Facebook event that actually ended up inspiring some Kyles to get out there with their Monster energy drinks in tow, the Area 51 memes have been flowing. It's still ridiculous to think about people showing up for the event, and going so far as to mix it up with military officials so that they could try and "break into Area 51." Twitter users are cracking all kinds of funny jokes about the crazy shit one could find in the notoriously eerie Area 51.

Those viral videos of strange and unexplained aircraft that were going around the web, have now been confirmed as real, by Joseph Gradisher, a spokesperson for the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Information Warfare.

Um. So, there it is. There are strange aircraft flying around the world, that escape all logic and our understanding of the laws of physics, and a high ranking official from the Navy is confirming that none of us were supposed to see the footage in the first place.

My good people this is the face behind the viral "Storm Area 51" Facebook event, and it looks like the movement could very well be doomed before it even gets into motion. Did you watch that form with the running? Dude's about to trip before he gets anywhere close to Area 51. At least the "joke" event has given the world a steady influx of hilarious Area 51 memes.

12 Twitter Users Share What They Think Is Being Held In Area 51

The internet's been caught up in a frenzy over the "Storm Area 51" Facebook event that has hundreds of thousands (if not a million by this time) of people jokingly signed up to storm the heavily guarded military base. We've been able to enjoy a steady influx of Area 51 memes, so no complaints there. And then things seemed to come to a head when the Air Force itself issued a formal warning to anyone giving serious consideration toward actually trying to storm Area 51.

To keep the mood light, we've got a recent Twitter thread of Twitter users sharing what kinds of crazy stuff they think could be kept in Area 51.
