Humans aren't perfect, so naturally we're bound to make mistakes at work. It's when we're using expensive tools, or facing ten angry customers that a really big screw-up can have some extreme consequences. In the right field of work, one misplaced screw or faulty measurement can turn into literally millions of dollars of losses. We try not to think about those.
Sometimes people are all-too ready to make assumptions about other people, and those assumptions get in the way of empirical facts. You hope someone doesn't misjudge you so publicly that they make a total fool of themselves. Or maybe you do. Everyone knows wrongful times people were misjudged tend to stick in their memory for years.
People make a lot of mistakes while working, and that's even when they're doing things for ourselves. Throw in a third party or having to do something on behalf of a boss you don't like, and things start to not get done at a fantastic rate. This one didn't come down on anyone, but it's not uncommon for a boss to orchestrate their own downfall.
Yeah...that's kinda not what we meant. Although I guess if you got started on Friday drinks a day early, you would be justified in think what you did... Either way, let's throw back to some funny cat memes that don't involve throwing up.
Protip: For the sake of a healthy relationship, you're best served not faking sex in a car to mess with your boyfriend. I'm all for spicing it up in the bedroom, but dude, this is twisted and wrong.
Anyone able to maintain a calm and steely facade in the face of outright unfaithful (albeit staged..) f**kery should either reconsider who they're dating, or seek professional help at the nearest destination.
As far as relationship blunders go, arranging your mother and family to be at your wedding anniversary behind your wife's back sounds like a big one. Not sure what was going through the guy's mind when he decided to covertly get his mom into the mix, but the wife is understandably peeved. For another interesting one, here's a girlfriend who beat her upset boyfriend at a steak eating challenge.
