Belligerent Customer Won't Cooperate With Tech Support

Sometimes you're having a conversation with a human being that you otherwise thought was perfectly rational, and not prone to fits of blind and entirely irrational rage, and then they pull a fast one on you. This particular customer opted for being a waking nightmare. Fortunately, the tech support employee who fielded the situation kept their cool, and it all worked out in the end.

Choosing Beggar Leaves Fake Bad Review, Restaurant Owner Responds

People that take the time and energy to leave fake bad reviews are the absolute worst. Just picturing someone putting in the extra effort to try and make someone else's life more miserable can get the blood boiling. Fortunately, this restaurant owner handled the situation in glorious fashion.

Tumblr Thread: Aggressive Generosity Combats Boomer Selfishness

It's quick little tales like this that manage to temporarily restore our faith in humanity. This dude did not have to intervene when the Karen in front of them was making the Dairy Queen employee's shift all the more unpleasant, but they did. Oh yes, they did, and they did so when it came at zero benefit to them. That's the selfless kindness that the world needs. Plus, picturing Karen's face when she continued to witness someone else actively offsetting her toxic antics.

Imagine this: you're a student looking for some specific edition of a no doubt ridiculously overpriced textbook, and you think you found what you need on Amazon. You order it, relieved that you don't have to go to your school's bookstore and provide your firstborn as payment. Only when you get the book, it's the wrong edition. You contact Amazon to track down the right edition, and after a few days they tell you they don't have it and to return the book for a full refund.

That's exactly what happened to Pedro in Ireland. Frustrated with his experience, Pedro left a negative review in a customer satisfaction survey, only to later find an enormous schlong, "The Hulk 10.25-inch Huge Dong Black," in his shopping cart ready to offend any delicate sensibilities: "I was at the office, in an open space, with people behind me. A guy and two girls were sitting by me when I opened up Amazon and they saw the contents of my shopping basket." Well, maybe your coworkers should learn not to look at other peoples' monitors, Pedro.



Pedro contacted customer support, and though they wouldn't confirm an Amazon representative had placed the item in his cart, they issued him a €100 credit and an apology, saying they would work with HR to make sure this didn't happen again.

Pedro stands by his actions, believing that any bad customer service should be reported, and that "the entry for "The Hulk" is completely misleading. I would expect something called "The Hulk" to be green. It's picture is pink and the description says it is black. My whole issue with Amazon.de started because of incorrect description of items -- and this entry does not help their case."

Male Karen Doesn't Believe Tattoo Shop Owner, Gets Reckoning

The guy basically forced himself into the building and demanded a tattoo, even when he was told it couldn't be done. And to top it all off, this male Karen honestly didn't believe that the owner of a tattoo place might have a tattoo on his head. For a Karen at odds with another business owner, here's a lying Karen getting decimated by an owner's response.
