It's not often that people run into a real life Nigerian scammer but Imgur user @ActualFloridaMan did. Rather than block them immediately, this guy decided to have a little bit of fun.

You did a beautiful thing, my dude. Keep up the good work. Nothing melts our hearts like seeing a scammer get their comeuppance. 

Someone on AskReddit got a thread going about the various ways that people managed to troll their bosses without actually breaking the rules. You've got to hand it to anyone that puts in the time and effort to troll someone, and manages to pull that trolling off while still playing things by the book. 

Every once in a while we get some highly entertaining comedic gold, art-level trolling from our audience, and this is one of those times! Enjoy, and big hat tip to Matt Cordery for sharing the gem.

Man, these incompetent scammers just keep on coming right out of the woodwork. In this case, it sounds like the scammer was in way over their head from the start. On top of that, they'd clearly overplayed their scam to such a point that it was just going to be too easy to rightfully shut them down. Hence, the payment request and what we'd imagine was a very surprised and displeased scammer. 

A sexy looking Facebook scammer tried to seduce him but Reddit user sebastiankirk (real name Frank Flemming Jensen) was not having it. Instead, Frank decided to respond from the other side with lyrics from Adele's hit song "Hello". Sandra seemed completely oblivious up until the point where she LOST HER DAMN MIND and started making death threats. Yikes.... some scammers can't take a joke (h/t dailymail)

Many of us see scammers as a dangerous nuisance, but played correctly, every scammer interaction can be an opportunity to get extremely weird toward a confused stranger.
