There's nothing that melts our hearts quite like a scammer getting their time wasted, after trying to waste someone else's time (and money). This particular scammer got taken on the kind of journey that we could only hope taught him a necessary lesson. And that lesson is to NOT be a scammer. They are the bane of everyone's existence.
It's just plain old messed up that people can be so nonchalant about destroying the reputation of restaurants, with employees that are just trying to make ends meet. This particular customer sounds like quite the two-faced nightmare. She'd lie and say everything was all good right before pulling a 180, and leaving a scathing review that wasn't even honest.
Sometimes the purest expression of friendship is to give your buddy a hard time. Take this guy for instance, who lent his friend a pair of snazzy kicks for his wedding. His buddy could've sent him a ton of warm, bubbly, wholesome pictures of people celebrating at the wedding. Instead, he decided to document the shoes' journey. That last shot is gold. Those shoes look so happy.
