A cancer patient was riding the bus home from his chemotherapy appointment when he was accosted by a raging karen on the bus. This entitled individual demanded his seat, called him a “skinhead POS” and started screaming at him. She then proceeded to assault him and then a police officer before being arrested and escorted off. Talk about an insane escalation of events. This Karen knows this cat isn't hers, so why she thought she'd get away with this is bonkers.

There's something to be said here about not judging a book by its cover. There's also equally as much to be said here about not being an insane and entitled a-hole to other people while in public spaces… or ever for that matter.
