Instagram user @imso did something very special to commemortate the loss of his best friend, Everything. He's hoping recipients of the tennis balls he sends out will use them to spend more quality time with their own canine companions.  According to the image description, anyone who wants a tennis ball will get one:

On Jan 23 I'll mark 2 years without my best friend. I purchased 100 tennis balls last week. I plan on sending them to anyone who wants one. I hope that all the people who get a ball from me will use it to spend some quality time with their best friend. If you would like a ball please email me your name and address and I will send you one. Direct message on IG works too. If you know someone who might like a ball feel free to tag them. I cover all costs... My email is chubbywater@gmail.com The artwork on the flyer was put together kindly by @steezjuice.. Edit: wow, i am blown away by the requests for tennis balls. Going to have to buy some more now. Thank you to everyone who requested a ball. Ill do my best to make sure everybody gets one. Thank you all.

All you need to do is Tweet to the Twitter handle @YouAreDogNow and voilà, you are dog now! How are they finding these pictures and why are they so uncannily accurate? It is a mystery. One can only assume @YouAreDogNow really turned these people into dogs to make a new picture.

In this world right now there exists a lamb that desperately, fiercely, wants, needs to be a dog. Meet Little Dorrit.

Despite all manners of determined attempts Little Dorrit has failed to surmount the most crucial hurdle— convincing the farmyard cat on the whole matter.

Here she is responding to her owner's call like a loyal dog:

Sometimes she'll hit up her fellow canine homies to play around for a bit:

When duty comes calling and her dogs need backup, she's there in a jiffy.

And she never passes on the opportunity for after hours drinks with her comrades:

Sadly though, Simon the cat sees this all as mere silly business.

It's as if this story walked right off the set of a heartwarming Hallmark Holiday movie; this will bring on all the warm and fuzzy feels.

David Marks told ABC News,

I couldn't believe it. It was an absolute surprise, and the perfect Christmas gift.

For the last six years spent away from his home, Willie was provided for by a family out of Eureka, Nevada, almost 300 miles from his home in Las Vegas. With Willie back at home, the Marks tell the press that it feels like everything's right again. Isn't that a happy ending to a long and bumpy tale?
