Here’s a little bit of inspiration for the day from an unlikely source.

This 84-year old woman may not be exactly sure how to bowl (or what bowling is for that matter) but she manages to get a strike on her very first try.

Watch as the entire room celebrates her accomplishment with a standing ovation.

This has only happened 23 other times in history… at least on live TV.

Professional Ronnie Russell threw 12 consecutive strikes in the semi-final of the PBA Chameleon Championship to become the 24th person to bowl a nationally-televised perfect game.

He almost lost it at number 11, but the final pin eventually toppled over thanks to luck/telekinesis?

Regardless, it happened, and it's quite a feat under all that pressure.
