marriage

It turns out that being eternally bound to someone can have its ups and downs and that makes these funny tweets way too real.

Here's to hoping the crew of writers back over at CBS happen upon these...can almost make out the obnoxious sound of the 'laugh track' in the background. Solid couple seasons of a new family-oriented comedy show here. Okay, but in all fairness; bachelorhood is feeling pretty damn good right now after trucking through these. I might add that the tweets had a suspicious amount of 'husband did ____ wrong' kind of humor going on.

Think it's fair to say that the ultimate end of their troubled marriage has been cemented. Apparently the husband here is a man of passion, easily given over to irrational whims. At least we all got an entertaining video out of the mix!

This cheap bastard is in a self-inflicted free fall for the bottom of the desirability totem pole after pulling a stunt like this. I mean, dude, if you can't pool together enough funds for a damn decent engagement ring; and you're so devoid of common decency/self-awareness that you seek relief through a GoFundMe campaign --- it's time to buckle your bootstraps and get your shit together. The real wonder here is how this girl stayed with him long enough for it to get to engagement ring point: there had to have been other warning signs.

For whatever reason tons of easily angered social media-using cretins have flocked to demand outright justice for Brad's newly fired wife. The people have spoken Cracker Barrel. It's time to 'unfire' Brad's wife, now. For the meanwhile though, let's enjoy the incessant, and endless procession of solid trollworthy jabs.

If you're ever giving a public thank you, make it easy on yourself and thank two people: God and your mother.

Otherwise, you can end up like Anas Mohammed, a Ghanaian pro soccer player, and thank one too many. After winning "Man of the Match" in a game last week, Anas said the following in a post-game interview:

"Thank you for this, I appreciate my fans. My wife and girlfriend...I mean my wife, sorry to say."

"My wife, sorry to say" is, handsdown, the funniest way to introduce your wife. But even better than that is his follow up.

But he didn't stop there. After blowing that right out of the water, Anas double -downed on the weirdness of this interview by saying, ""My family knows that I call my daughter my girlfriend. That's what I was talking about. I don't have a girlfriend."

Anas! Stop. Giving. Interviews.

I know that you really want to thank your sidepiece, but you also don't have to cover it up by saying you were talking about your daughter. It's not a good look.
