How's the weather?

For easier reading: One is an "Incident report" that disciplined another child for choking someone. The other is an "Accident report" about the other child being choked.

Mike Cohen started making these recordings when he was just 12 years old. Animator Rodd Perry took the recordings and set them to a cartoon in his own style. This one in particular apparently comes from a summer he spent at home from college in 1985. Little did they know that he would go on to become a radio DJ, and all those records cluttering his room would go on to inform his career!
