Coca-Cola's Super Bowl ad this year featured a chorus of people singing the classic patriotic tune "America the Beautiful" in a multitude of non-English languages spliced with footage of an ethnically diverse American populace. Some didn't take kindly to the ad's message, taking #cokesucks to Twitter to complain - often in broken, unintelligible English.
Okay, so it's a viral marketing ad for a candy bar, but we've been making jokes about Facebook for cats for so long that we NEED to make it a real thing. You have to admit that the threat of cat-on-cat violence IS very real, and "Meowbook" might be our only chance to bring about world kitty peace.
Twins Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss are best known for suing Mark Zuckerberg over ownership of Facebook, claiming Zuck stole their idea after being recruited by the brothers to develop an online social network at Harvard blah blah rent the movie.
Now they're doing ads for nuts.
