What better way to start your day than by checking out some of the cool things you probably missed at night?

This series of photographs was taken in the Maniwa and Okayama Prefectures of Japan. Using a slow shutter speed, the region's mating fireflies create an amazing scene of neon light on the natural landscape. Check out all of them here, and more in the gallery below!
