These chocolate sculptures are from award-winning chef Håkan Mårtensson. As Mårtensson says on his website, chocolate is "an unexplored world of adventure." The idea seems totally hokey until you've seen some of the things he's made with the medium. Check them out in the gallery below!

This "sculpture" in Duisburg, Germany is designed to like a roller coaster. The catch: It's meant to be walked on. Designed by Heike Mutter und Ulrich Genth, the sculpture's 260 foot heights give passengers plenty to look at, though they have to marvel at the idea of the speed of the coaster at a more sane walker's pace.
