So it's clearly not a "bad" tattoo, at least not in the sense that the customer got a bad ink job. This reminds me of when my sister and I would combine my Ninja Turtles with her Barbies.
It's so bad, you wonder if it's supposed to be. But then you ask yourself, 'Why would somebody purposefully get a crappy tattoo of Wolverine and something so poorly drawn, I can only assume it's Nightcrawler? Why is Wolverine's mouth left uncolored? Did the "artist" that created this disaster not have red ink?' This tattoo raises so many questions.
