Kludge Grandmaster (Class III) Alishan Mao has crafted a nifty little quadcopter with attached LED lighting. Aptly named the Widowmaker, this flying beast only needs a lawnmower attached to it, and the human race is pretty much doomed. Fo' realz.

  1. Connect the one end of the relay coil to the collector of the transistor.
  2. Connect the other end of the coil to +V end of the power source.
  3. Connect your resistor and LDR to the base of the transistor.
  4. Connect the resistor to +V and the LDR to ground.
  5. Connect the emitter to ground.
  6. ????
  7. PROFIT!!!!

3 U Penn students developed the µWave (microwave, get it?), an Arduino based kitchen hack that plays Youtube videos while you wait for noms. Once you set the cooking time the program goes to Youtube and finds a highly-rated video for the exact length. Read more about it at the project's website.
