3 U Penn students developed the µWave (microwave, get it?), an Arduino based kitchen hack that plays Youtube videos while you wait for noms. Once you set the cooking time the program goes to Youtube and finds a highly-rated video for the exact length. Read more about it at the project's website.

Funny or Die held a competition last year in which it asked viewers to create their own movie starring Jean-Claude Van Damme using some green screened footage of the actor.

One year later, Marca Blanca combined that footage with some of the best epic fails, and the result is pretty amazing.

Watch “Jean-Troll Van Damme” take out a jogger, a boy in a toy car and a number of other unfortunate souls.

You never know when he’s going to appear… be very afraid.

Chris Todd, a 35-year-old man from Bronham, England intends to cross the Irish Sea by powering what he calls a Tredalo, which is basically a glorified hamster wheel. If he is able to make the 66 mile journey across the open water, rumor has it Ireland has a gigantic dehydrated biscuit treat waiting for him as a reward.

Eric Streenstra has created quite the paragon of green energy. And yellow energy. And blue energy. And red energy. You get the idea. This go-kart is still able to... well... go, while being made almost entirely out of LEGOs. I just hope that doesn't include the pedals. I think you know why.
