From kazoos to recorders to those single drums that you can carry in a backpack, most kids grow up playing some kind of instrument. Say an extra thank you to your parents today if you recall playing a xylophone before school (for practice!) or playing “Smoke on the Water” on the bass until everyone in the house needed pairs of earplugs.
