...then you'll likely get a kick out of these guys.
Look, covering Robyn's "Call Your Girlfriend" with empty buckets of dairy product is not new. At all. The meme was already a minor YouTube fad last fall and lasted for several months, after which people got tired of it and moved on to paraplegic salamanders or whatever the next craze happened to be.
But yesterday a video of the same meme performed by 12-year-old and 8-year-old siblings hit YouTube, and the internet, with an attention span scorned even by goldfish, is hailing this "novel" take on Robyn's hit single as if it was never driven into the ground six months ago. Still, the kids are adorable and their voices blend well together, so who are we to begrudge their internet fame? At least it's a welcome break from that other pop song about calling people.
Tenacious D took an already-ridiculous TIME Magazine cover and flipped it from bizarre to pvre rock fvry.
It's Play Your Ukulele Day! No, seriously, it is. Somehow the Internet decided to make it a thing. In celebration, here's an old but classic video of a man with god-tier uke skills covering The Beatles' "While My Guitar Gently Weeps."
