Update: The Smoking Gun tracked down the Rhapsody warbler: his name is Robert, he's an unemployed (or self-employed?) home brewer from Alberta, and his repetoire includes not only Bohemian Rhapsody but also all 113 Beatles songs that are available on karaoke. He obtained the video from the police to use as his defense in a still-pending court case.
