A typical sushi selection at the fine dining establishment of the College 8 dining hall, UC Santa Cruz.

At the top of the brochure, they have Tokyo Sushi Buffer, instead of buffet.

Toward the bottom, you will notice that they have takeout available and they do party. Doesn't list the party hours, though.
