As staggering as this receipt, confirmed authentic by a manager at the Cavalli Club, may be (it's about $105,630 USD), apparently this club regularly sees tabs between $50K and $140K USD. There is some price-gouging going on here, though, that's a $30+ USD cake.

Apparently, the man was rather small in stature to begin with (which means he probably can't hold his liquor, which explains why he passed out on train tracks). Because of this, he fit in the gap between the track surface and the train cars. After the train stopped, Canadian Pacific railway personnel found him under one of the rear train cars, after which he promptly got up and just continued on his merry way. Miraculous, eh?

Back in Wheel of Fortune's early days, on their extended dinner breaks it seems Pat Sajak and Vanna White would hit a Mexican place across from the studio and knock back margaritas until they'd "have trouble recognizing the alphabet." We'd love to see some tapes of those episodes.
